Covid Requirements in NSW

We take our responsibility as an accommodation provider and employer very seriously. We’re committed to the safety of our guests, visitors and employees. Our Safety Plan is based on the advice provided by the Australian Government, Department of Health and State Authorities, and will be continually monitored and updated as the situation changes.

Guideline of Current Restrictions (at time of publishing)

Can we welcome self-isolating guests to the hotel?

Confirmed cases will not be accepted. Self-isolating reservations can only be accepted if approved by the hotel. Please reach out to the hotel for more details.

Do guests need to be vaccinated?

No. We accept both vaccinated and unvaccinated guests.

Can conferences operate?

Yes, and there is no density quotient in placed.

Are the gym and any dining facilities open?

Yes, and there is no density quotient in placed.

What vaccination proof is accepted?

There are 4 different types of proof available, including:

  1. COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement
  2. Successful completion of a Government QR check-in that includes vaccination confirmation
  3. Formal medical exception: medical contraindication added to your immunisation history, Medicare App or State Government. A medical certificate is not sufficient evidence
  4. Foreign vaccination certificates issued by a national or state/provincial-level authority or an accredited vaccination provider. It must be written in English or accompanied by a certified translation, and must contain: your name as it appears on your password; either date of birth or passport number; the vaccine brand name; and the date of each dose or the date on which a full course of immunisation was completed

Approved and recognised vaccines:

  • AstraZeneca Vaxzevria or COVISHIELD (AstraZeneca also accepted)
  • Pfizer/Biontech Comirnaty (Biontech & Comirnaty also accepted)
  • Moderna (Spikevax or Takeda)
  • Sinovac Coronavac
  • Bharat Covaxin
  • Sinopharm BBIBP-CorV (under 60 years only at time of vaccination)
  • Johnson & Johnson/Janssen-Cilag COVID Vaccine (Johnson & Johnson also accepted) (only single dose required)

Are masks required?

Masks are no longer required, however if you were in close contact with a positive case, you must wear a mask.
