We’re thrilled to share that construction has officially commenced on Punthill Albury, our new 83-key apartment hotel located on Dean Street in the heart of Albury’s CBD. This milestone marks our third sod turning of the year, reflecting our continued growth across key regional and metropolitan markets.

This exciting project is being developed in partnership with Commercial Club Albury, combining local expertise and our signature Punthill apartment hotel design to create a property that meets the evolving needs of both corporate and leisure travellers.

Perfectly positioned on Dean Street, Punthill Albury offers convenient access to the city’s best dining, cultural, and retail experiences. The location also places guests close to major institutions including Charles Sturt University and Albury Wodonga Health, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.

As one of the largest regional cities in New South Wales, Albury plays a key role in connecting the broader Murray–Riverina region. Its prime location along the Hume Highway and Melbourne–Sydney corridor makes it a natural stopover for travellers moving between Australia’s two largest cities.
