Our reception is open 24 hours daily.
Check-in time is 2.00 pm onwards.
Check-out time is 10.00 am.
Late check-out is subject to availability. Members enjoy a complimentary late check-out at 12:00 pm or $35 for non-members. Late checks after this cost $50 until 1:00 pm, after 2:00 pm a full night’s charge will apply.
For any late check-out request, please speak with our local hosts at reception and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We have partnered with Secure Parking with a discounted parking rate, which is located at 101 Goulburn Street, just a 2-minute’ walk from the hotel.
We offer a $40 discounted parking voucher valid for 24 hours with a single exit. ($35 for members). This needs to be purchased at reception.
