The reservation can be cancelled without penalty up to 7 days before check-in. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation’s value including taxes will be charged as penalty. The nominated payment card must be presented at check-in for security verification purposes.
Deposit: A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee reservation and cover cancellation fees in case of no-show or late cancellation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise payment cards prior to arrival.
