What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am.

If you require flexibility around those times, please mention it to us when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is parking available?

Yes, car parking is available on site, however, it is limited so pre-booking is essential. The nightly rate of parking is $30, with a height restriction of 2.1 metres.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, our hotel allows guests to bring their pets with them. A fee and conditions apply, please have a look at our Pet Travel Terms & Conditions here.

Do you have rooms/apartments with accessible features?

The hotel does have a few Superior One Bedroom Apartments with accessible features. Their number is limited and must be requested directly to confirm availability.

Please note: Stair is the only access available directly into the hotel.
