What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in time is 2:00 pm onwards.

Check-out time is 10:00 am.

If you require flexibility around those times, please mention it to us when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is parking available?

Yes, the Hotel does offer safe and secure on-site parking at the following rates:

1+ Nights = $25.00 per day7+ Nights = $18.00 per day

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, you can’t. Our hotel is not permitted to allow guests to bring their pets. Many of our sister hotels in Sydney have a pet-friendly policy; please get in tough with our Central Reservations team and they’ll fill you in on all the details.

Do you have rooms/apartments with accessible features?

Yes, some of our rooms do have accessible features. Their numbers are limites and must be requested directly to confirm availability.
