What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am.

If you require flexibility around those times, please mention it to us when making your booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is parking available?

Yes, the hotel does offer undercover, on-site secure parking. The height restriction is 1.9 metres.

The following charges apply: $30 per night up to 7 nights, $20 per night for stays greater than 7 nights (subject to availability)

Please note: Some corporates have contracted parking rates, these rates will obviously still apply

Can I bring my pet?

How do I get to your hotel from the airport?

Brisbane Airport offers direct transportation via train to Central Station.

Directions from Central Station to Punthill Spring Hill are as follows: come out of Central Station, look for Edward St exit. Walk uphill on Edward st for 5 minutes then turn right onto Astor Terrace and down to Punthill Spring Hill.

Alternatively, Taxis and rideshare services are the quickest and easiest modes of transportation from Brisbane airport.
